Laser Skirmish is NOT Paintball. It is a safe combat game without pain and bruises and is just lots of fun. It uses harmless infrared beam similar to that used in remote controls.

• No lasers used. The word 'laser' is simply a marketing term.

The clubhouse and pavilions are well suited for catered functions, BBQ's, workshops or meetings, al in a pleasant rural atmosphere. Equestrian facilities include camp drafting, cross country, dressage, eventing, polocrosse, pony club, rodeo, show jumping and recreational riding.

We hold dark sky observing sessions, general meetings (with guest speakers), public viewing and public lectures. MAS also participate in community events and provide speakers on astronomy for schools and community organisations. Beginners are very welcome. Observing equipment is not essential to joining and assistance is given in purchasing and using a telescope.
